Delivery
Unless otherwise stipulated, delivery is made to the address that you have indicated in your customer profile. We generally use UPS as transporter and recommend you to pay the transport here (cheaper). If you prefer to use another freight carrier, please mention it by mail. Please mention also a phone number and your opening hours.

Returns and reimbursement
Damaged items will be exchanged or reimbursed after agreement from both parties. All damage occasioned during transport is under the responsibility of the freight carrier.
